Square Deal Coffee Membership – A Seasonal Coffee Experience

The Square Deal Coffee Membership offers a thoughtful selection of regional and seasonal coffees from Mexico and Brazil. Each month, you’ll receive three unique coffees (56gr. / 2oz. of each coffee), sourced from a specific region at its peak harvest.

All of our coffees come from agroforestry farms, where coffee is cultivated within diverse ecosystems that promote soil health, biodiversity, and sustainable farming practices. We also prioritize a balanced value distribution, ensuring that producers are compensated transparently and equitably for their work.

Along with your coffee, you’ll get a booklet that provides insight into the farms, producers, and coffee varieties featured in your box. You’ll learn about the processing methods, regional characteristics, and the factors that influence each coffee’s flavor. We also share visuals and notes from our visits to the farms, offering a closer look at the landscapes and people behind the coffee.

Our sourcing process involves tasting hundreds of samples, selecting only the most interesting and high-quality coffees for your subscription. Since Mexico and Brazil have opposite harvest seasons, we ensure that each month’s selection comes from the freshest available crop—Mexico’s harvest runs from October to May, and Brazil’s from May to December.

With Square Deal, you’ll experience a rotating selection of freshly harvested coffees, carefully chosen to highlight the diversity and quality of the region, variety, and processes while supporting sustainable farming and fair pricing practices.
